Automatic Cooling System
The robot is equipped with a water mist valve system that provides cooling protection to the robot itself when approaching to extinguish fires and conduct recon operations.
Image Transmission
Real-time images from the site can be collected and transmitted via the robot's four infrared cameras, which include front, rear, water cannon tracking, and fan tracking cameras. The image transmission range is up to 1000 meters.
On-Site Lighting (High-Power Spotlights Optional)
The robot features an integrated lighting system that can be used for its own tasks as well as providing auxiliary lighting for firefighters. High-power mast-mounted or external spotlight equipment can also be added.
Sound and Light Alarm
The robot is equipped with a sound and light alarm system that emits warning signals while in operation, ensuring safety in the surrounding area.
Mounting System
The robot's mounting system can support up to 600 kg of equipment and rescue supplies, including firefighters' oxygen tanks, axes, breaking tools, water, and food for use at disaster sites.
Rescue Transport Vehicle (Optional)
The robot can be equipped with a rescue transport vehicle, allowing it to carry firefighters' oxygen tanks, axes, breaking tools, water, food, and other supplies to the disaster site. It can also transport multiple injured persons away from the disaster zone to conserve firefighters' energy and improve rescue efficiency. The robot itself can tow loads of up to 2000 kg.
Winch Rescue Rope (Optional)
The robot features a winch rescue rope that can be utilized for rescuing individuals trapped underground, in wells, or under bridges when towing distance is limited. It can also be used for vertical lifting of materials and equipment, as well as necessary cutting and breaking tasks.
Debris Clearing and Rescue (Optional)
The robot can be outfitted with a hydraulic clearing shovel (thrust of 20,000 N), digging bucket (capacity of 0.04 m³), boom-mounted hydraulic breaker (frequency of 800-1400 BPM), hydraulic grapple (200 kg), boom crane (500 kg), forklift attachment (500 kg), and other demolition equipment to clear and break through obstacles in fire scenes, facilitating pathways or rescuing individuals trapped under debris. This functionality helps conserve firefighters' energy and improves operational efficiency.
Communication Support (Optional)
The robot can be equipped with a mast-mounted or external relay communication system to increase wireless transmission distance, ensuring good communication between firefighters and command posts in the event of emergencies.
Water Pressure Enhancement System (Optional)
The robot's fan system can be equipped with a 20 kW water pressure enhancement system, which can boost fine water mist up to 18 kg.
Generator System (Optional)
An optional 10 kW hydraulic power generation system can be installed, allowing for external power output to charge electric tools.
Robot Transport Vehicle (Optional)
An optional dedicated transport vehicle can be selected for the robot, available in rescue trailer style or a simple trailer style. Note: Due to the height of this robot, cargo box-style transport vehicles cannot be used.
