Semi-Finished Inspection:

Perform an initial quality check on semi-finished uniforms to identify and correct defects.

Finish Sewing:

Finalize the uniform by adding additional elements like pockets and insignia.

100% Quality Inspection:

Conduct a thorough quality inspection on all finished uniforms for compliance with standards.

Ironing:

Iron uniforms to remove wrinkles and ensure a polished presentation.

Packaging:

Package the finished uniforms carefully for storage and transportation.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (AQL 2.5 Standard):

Conduct a final inspection based on AQL 2.5 standards to ensure quality before dispatch.
